Ingredients
- 1 lb Dry Orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup Chopped Spinach
- 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 cups Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup juice from Kalamata jar
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Cook Orzo pasta according to directions on the box; rinse with cold water until cool. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
